I got a neato robotic vacuum for $409 on monday and it has dropped by $30 today. I contacted them via online chat and they refunded me $30.
Think you have 7 days to do this after you buy something, so track your item with http://camelcamelcamel.com/ and if it drops have a chat with them.
I got $16 refunded a few days ago for 64gb micros SD. The 7 days counts from the day the item is delivered. This is not a deal though.
compared to the badguys they're stars. people using this site suckered out of their money can't even get refunds.
Some time ago an Amazon CSR told me that this was not policy however he refunded the price difference as a good will gesture.
Just tried to do this, I was told they would only do it if it was sold directly from amazon.com and not just fulfilled by Amazon (which my purchase was). :(
In case it was a difference of $45 USD :(
Hard lesson learned, only buy direct from amazon seller if possible
BIG deal if it will help someone save $30 like me.
