Optus movies rewards - not received

My girlfriend ordered 4 tickets from Optus movie rewards (to use tomorrow) and nothing has arrived in her email.

The only contact is an email address with a reply turnaround of 48 hours. Is there anything else we can do? We have a paypal receipt proving the purchase.

  • Yes same thing happened to me last time. But that was a few weeks ago. Also check that your optusnet account isn't full, otherwise you don't get the emails.

  • happened to me once, had to call TLC marketing. give them a call, +61 (0) 28904 7200, they will send you the vouchers.

  • After posting on Facebook we managed to get it sorted. Not sure I would trust them again though.

    FYI this wasn't to an Optusnet email address.

    I always purchase my tickets through optus movie rewards and get them sent to my gmail. I receive it in 10 minutes or so normally. Have done it numerous times without any issues.
