Hi all I have got the lgpa75u projector noi needed amplifier and speakers after going through different websites and reviews i got confused between these two as they are on special at rio
- Yamaha rxv475 - more reviews and positive feedback
- Pioneer vsx s500- like the slimline model but not much reviews
Both priced same 449$
Can some one please advice regarding which one is better?
And as this will be my first home theater should i buy any of these and separate speakers or should I buy htib which are norm ly cheaper.

I bought the yamaha unit in a package. YHT-399AU. The speakers are good enough for about everthing but if you want better ones,then buying seperate speakers are the way to go. But for me, this setup is sufficient. The amp is as good as the review says. I love the wireless stream option from any mobile device or laptop when connected to my home network. I cant say much about the pioneer one as im not familiar with its features. But if it have similar features as the yamaha, you cant go wrong with either brands.
