First forum post! Just wanted to spread the word on a great bodybuilding supplement store (www.XtremeWarehouse.com.au) that went above and beyond expectations.
I bought some whey protein and after 2 weeks of waiting, I emailed the staff and they replied that Aus post will be launching an investigation regarding the status of the missing parcel. They then proceeded to send me out a replacement order with the understanding that I would inform them if the original parcel eventually arrived.
I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and it is nice to see that businesses with integrity exist in the online world.
Also, their supplements, particularly Optimum Nutrition, is among the cheapest available.

i had bad experience with them. 1. They did not delivery the freebies as they promised. 2. they ignored my question about my another order. Just for your reference.
