Hi all
I only need to hire a ute or small van in Perth for an hour to move a queen size ensemble Bed from Yokine to Leederville. Need it for tomorrow around midday. Anyone know of a cheap place other than the usual Thrifty or Budget which are a rip off?

Budget might not be as expensive as you think. I usually hire one of there mover trucks when I move, I checked the rate for an overnight on a ute and its $75. You would need to pick up and return from somewhere which is open on Sundays like Burswood. Good luck.

Go to your local pub, offer a case of beer and fuel for a sober driver & his ute. You'll find plenty of willing helpers
Thanks all, walked by the bbq at the apartment I am moving into on Sat morning; enquired as to whether someone might have a ute I could borrow. Had 2 offers, done in 30 minutes moving my bed in = free (gave my new neighbour a 6 pack but he refused).
