Spotters Buzz Polarised Sunglassess $79 shipped, too low qty to qualify as a bargain post.

I was looking for a new pair of shades for my coming fishing trips, was recommend by many fisho mates from the forum that Spotters is good and local.

Found this http://www.optics-online.com.au/prod599.htm and owner Greg is good to do free freight.

These shades are local Aussie and has 12 months warranties http://www.spotters.com.au/service/warranty-information

If Optics Online runs out, Anglers Warehouse still have them for $74.99 + $10 shipping.

Other places are selling for $107.13 + shipping

I emailed Spotters and this is a sellout model and was on $199 before.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

  • optics online doesnt seem to have the option for free shipping ?

    • I actually email them and ask for a deal, and they reply with free freight.

      • thanks, i did that, and ordered a pair

        great service !

  • These are from cheaper plastic spotters range. They have been there (at those websites) for that price for a while (at least for a month or two). Spotters official website does not list this model at all. Based on the description comparison of similar low priced spotters (rrp 199) and more expensive range, these have less durable plastic lenses.
However I compared more expensive spotters (>$250) and my cancer council australia $36 sunglasses and did not notice any noticeable difference in polarizing effect AT ALL. I presume spotter may have better color reproduction or less optic distortions.
Spotters are pretty popular in Australia, I saw someone was re-selling this particular model on fishing forums for $160.
