I have some flybuys points which has not been credited on my account grom promotions, which has been 30 days and I remember that flybuys points mentioned it can take up to 4 weeks. Does anyone know it sometimes takes longer than the initial 4 weeks? Do i need to contact flybuys or just wait a little longer?
I've had mixed results from this form of point crediting. Some bonus points have taken a few days, others have taken more than 4 weeks.
I had a problem with a promotion for Telstra starter sim - it took way longer than 4 weeks. I rang a few times and they kept saying wait a bit longer.
I ended up making a comment on their facebook page and it was sorted.
I've been told it's usually 4 weeks from the date the promotion finishes.
I've seen many reports of the Flybuys/Telstra promotions taking much longer than 4 weeks to be credited. Well done on getting your points. I hope they improve the communication between the relevant partners and credit points quicker in the future.
I have had 4 x flybuys promo vouchers which ends this month, and only one of them where credited onto my account, assuming they all should be in my account all at once? Or is it 4weeks from the day of each voucher which is confusing.
Points are supposed to be credited 4 weeks from the end of the promotion date, not the transaction date.
If the promotion runs for a month then it can sometimes take almost 2 months from transaction date for the points to be credited. Sometimes the weekly coupons/vouchers take 6-8 weeks to be credited as flybuys have to credit so many coupons at a time. I have occasionally seen one weeks coupons get credited after 6 weeks and then the next few weeks of coupons get credited in less than 4 weeks. It varies from week to week.
I find that Target promotions seem to take many more than 4 weeks to get credited.
I've had mixed results from Coles/Flybuys promotions.
I have never received the promotion points I was promised by signing up to email subscriptions or things like that.
However, I do receive them from shopping.
