I don't want to do all these troubleshoot problems to raise my FPS, shouldn't I usually have high FPS due to my specs ?

        That's what troubleshooting is for.

Your computer isn't as powerful as you might think. You have a Core i7, but because it's a low voltage CPU and has a reduced clock speed, and only 2 physical cores, it's not a high end gaming laptop. Your GPU is also pretty low end.

Minecraft runs on Java so it is very CPU intensive. Particularly if you start installing all those fancy redstone mods and play on high graphical settings.

        • the minecraft im playing is feed the beast i dont know if you have heard of it but it has thousand more stuff than normal minecraft

I know what FTB is. I've played it before.

thousand more stuff than normal minecraft

Problem found. Reduce the number of plugins and mods, and your performance may improve. Good luck with your troubleshooting.

As scrimshaw said, your laptop is definetely not spec'd for gaming, despite what you may think.

If you don't want to do troubleshooting or want to play FTB, you will want to invest in a decent PC. Otherwise, just play MC vanilla

      • That spec machine should be good enough to get better framerates
I have seen lower spec machines run MC better
Follow Scrimshaw's advice re troubleshooting and you will improve
