Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Receipt for price match

Hi everyone,

I'm seriously thinking to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
I read from Whirlpool Forum that some people got it for $783 or 785 from JB HiFi before.

I went to the shop and tried to ask for the deal, but it didn't work out :(

I was able to found an invoice (https://www.dropbox.com/s/97cqvhgnm6jilu1/Jb%20Hifi%20Note%2…) (@$783), but it's almost two month old …

I'm asking …. if anyone happened to buy the Note at a good price… and doesn't mind to share the receipt…. could you please upload a copy of yours, so I can go to the shop again and try to price match.

Thanks,

eleana

  • I bought an import from Kogan. $689 delivered I think.

    • I would prefer buying off Kogan too because it is so much cheaper than any legit store in Australia. The only thing that holds me back is that it is a grey import and I have little ideas on the drawbacks and perils compare against an Australian stock.

      • Local stock has two year warranty, import stock has one year warranty that is handled by kogan (return item to Kogan and they will send it to Samsung)

  • beakeroo, does your note 3 from Kogan come with the Navigon software for Australia (out of the box), do you need to download the maps, pay for them etc.
It would be appreciated if you can let me know as I wish to purchase one for my wife for Xmas, and would like to do away with having a GPS navigation unit.

  • I haven't opened it but with past experience you can download the app from the AU Play store after setting your phone up. (Galaxy S3 was imported)

I much prefer Google maps though, miles better Navigation app. Navigon was terrible.
