        Normally i do to- but i bought some this weekend and they were as good(sweet)as KP without the stringiness (ha is that a word ?)

        Cubing them as well -they keep the shape nicely.

      May I suggest mango sorbet - its tastes so nice, uses up a lot of mangos and lasts practically forever in the freezer.

    Anyone in Sydney, you can get them $0.5 each from Sydney market ($10 for a box with 20 mangoes) and the big once for $0.75 each, they test really good
