McDonalds deals on back of receipt

I noticed that there was printing on the back of my McDonalds receipt today. I don't remember seeing this before. Some of the printing advertised current deals and some of the printing appeared to be special offers of buy 1 get one free on certain products.

The problem for me is that most of the buy 1 get 1 free items were things that I would only buy as part of a meal deal and this type of purchase is excluded in the terms and conditions.

Has anyone seen any deals on the receipts that offer good value or offer a free product without having to actually buy anything?

Do you think that these "docket deals" are any good.

At the moment I don't think they will be useful to me but I haven't seen many dockets yet so it's possible one might pop up that I can use.

    I've only seen Buy 1 Big Mac, Get 1 Free, but you have to return to the exact same store you got the original receipt from.

    Have seen buy one get one free:
    Cheeseburger.
    Big Mac.
    and
    McCafe Coffee.
    There may be others, I'd imagine there would be a McMuffin one but haven't seen it.

    Used the burger ones. T&C's state they're only valid three weeks from date of purchase on the receipt and only from the same store location.

    Thoughts:
    Mcdonald's coffee is not worth paying for, even at half price.
    The cheeseburger deal is sort of misleading as you can get 1x McDouble for less money.
    Big Mac one is goodish value.

    I got a $1 small frozen drink. Was a good chance to try the sprite version but not that worth it compared to HJ
