    search 28 degree mastercard

    and Citibank Debit accounts

  • Bankwest Zero Platinum MasterCard is another.

  • 28 degrees is changing next year, they are going to be charging fees for cash advances, even if you prepay the card, so i would look at the bankwest.

28 degrees is still good for CC purchases. The cash advance fee affects travellers who get cash from ATMs.

      • I am sure they will charge you a cash advance fee when you take it out of an atm even if you pre pay your account ((pay more that you owe)) so even if it your own money you will have to pay. I don't know how you can get around it with any credit card.
