Gillette Fusion ProGlide is only $8.49, half price at Woolworths.

Last time when this was on I bought a few of them and they have been great. They were so good that my ex girlfriend decided to steal one and use it on her own. And boy oh boy it was shaven heaven!

After that I tried to recommend it to her mum and that's when we became exes.

      spray window cleaner solution after every use and reuse for months n months or take a jeans, glide the blade and use it literally for ever. Source : read somewhere sometime . Or learn to use single blade razor like other men.

        Another tip I saw online was to keep the catridges in baby oil after you're done shaving. The tip said the blades stay sharp and perfectly fine for a year. The reason they said for the dullness is the oxidation. So compare that to me replacing the catridges every 3-4 weeks because they become dull (as I leave the razor out after use). I'm going to try this. Those cartridges are freaking expensive.

    To all people who have read this so far. It's not a true story apart from the shaven heaven bit. I was just trying to emphasise how good the razor is.

      Did you mean Schick? I stocked up on heaps of their blades when they were half price and had $5 cash-back on top. Unfortunately the handle is about to disintegrate - something that never happened with Gillette. Hope they still make them…

    My husband has had the same Gilette handle since he first started shaving (over ten years). It was a free one they gave out to teenage boys. They've made their money back in blades, I'm sure.
