I have 2 suits from them and I think they are great value for money.

Delivery seems to be fixed no matter what quantity. (9.95 to Melbourne)
Lots of sizes/colours at time of posting.
Some are not pure wool.
When i ordered delivery was less than a week.

        I was quite skeptical at first about joining. .. have been happily surprised by what I have got from them…

          yeah - it is a hassle - I felt the same
          signed up a while back
          have not bought much from them (dont but much in general)
          but when I have they have delivered quickly and well packaged
          my email has not been spammed at all since I joined up if that helps you at all

    I'm still waiting for things I ordered nearly 2 months ago. Their support is attrocious and if the Whirlpool threads are anything to go by I'm expecting the higher priced items are a good chance of being fakes and factory seconds.

      Wow… I must have got a lucky break..
      The last 2 orders I did from them, both of which were these suits (during different sales of them) came within a week or so.
      Were the things you ordered from them local stuff or things to be drop shipped?

        One pair of pants came locally, the rest was all drop shipped. In hindsight looking at the product pages some of them say things like "Shipped direct from UK" but a lot of them don't give any indication at all that you're buying from overseas.
