Hey so i just found out that all coles team member cards get 10% off until 24th of DEC. Works pretty well because i was planning to buy a ipad mini 2. So i'm thinking of using 10%, then buy 400$ worth of gift cards which will only cost me $380. If my trip to hong kong works out, i can get TRS for another 9% off.
Thats 10% + 5% + 9% which works out to be around 22% off. Does anyone know if this will work? will they allow gift cards if i use my membership card?
i think you need to go back to maths class .. $400 - 10% doesn't equal $380 …
There's something missing in his description, either the 10% or the 5%. Maybe s/he can explain. On the other hand, 0.9 x 0.95 x 0.91 = 0.78, assuming that's the correct way to stack.

edit: i just realised only target sells ipads and target doesnt have gift cards. Unlike woolworths group which has a gift card for all their children companies, coles separates their gift cards into each one (ie kmart, target).
So its only a 18ish% discount now

hey might be abit off topic but i work at coles and my store closes on xmas day and boxing day, does that mean no employees are working those days even for night fill, grocery?
(i dont wanna ask my boss as im not prepared to bring up the topic of leave for those days)
