Just had a question for you all.
Has anyone seen a better offset rate/account than the below for those with almost full equity for an investment property:

What appeals to me in my situation is not just the rate that there is no annual fee. Most offset accounts have fees.
I will be getting a lump sum soon which will almost zero out the loan but I wish to keep the loan and offset facility because of tax purposes in future without contaminating the interest.
I have a variable interest account with loans.com.au
I'm currently on 4.75% interest.
If the interest rate goes down, you may pay a slightly higher interest than what they offer new clients. But only slightly.
Everything else about the account is fine.
