[StartHere] Changes to payout fees

Due to the number of payouts we're now processing every month, from July we'll be changing the payout fees:

If you choose to be paid via PayPal we will now be using 'Mass Pay' which incurs a fee of 2% of the payment amount capped at $1.25. As we only take a $10 membership fee every year we cannot absorb these costs ourselves unfortunately, so the payout fee will be that incurred by Mass Pay. We strong advise members who currently have payouts paid to PayPal to swap to Bank Account payouts, see below.

If you choose to be paid via your Bank Account this will now be FREE, no payout fee will be incurred.
