I ordered XBOX JBHIFI online, what do I put in the claim form for purchase location?

  Use the info that comes on your tax invoice when it arrives. JB Hi-Fi online orders generally come from stores. It should say which one.

    I called jb hifi online department, they said it's not dispatched from a store, it's from a warehouse. They told me just put melbourne would be fine. Now I am confused.

    They told me it's too late to cancel the online order now, it's already been dispatched.

    Not correct!
    The invoice will be sent straight away and will have confirmed payment on it.
    I bought mine online from HN and put the pick up store as the location.

      Read the T&C's

      " the Offer is not available for products that are still awaiting … delivery to the customer. "

        I got my your claim has been approved email so i doubt its being enforced

  Anyone got their cashback yet??

  ETA, just rechecked my email and it states end of this month. I don't know why I was thinking end of last month.

  "Your claim entry will now be validated and your $100 cashback will be deposited into your nominated bank account by 28 February 2014."

  My friend got theirs on 12/02. He was one of the first to buy when the deal started. I decided to buy on the second last day so still have quite a wait!
