I looked at some vitamin B to help my brain deal with the Christmas/new year alcohol, postage made it a no deal.
bioglan also do coconut oils and chia seeds, etc. all half price. if you're into the superfood thing. bargain prices compared to what they go for in health food stores.
but not the supermarket. Chia seeds $10.40 for 500gms - $9.50 -10 in supermarket.
is that an everyday price at what supermarket? i only shop at woolies and see chia for ~$10 per 250g
Oh whoops, yes that was Woolies. I must have just presumed they were 500gms, but I was only sure of the price forgot the size. :-) Can't help thinking there are cheaper ways to get protein.
