Microsoft Store - Issue with Xbox 360 Stock [Cashback Offer] - UPDATED

I just received a call from Microsoft store saying that there was insufficent stock and I will not be charged.
They sent out one of the two games which was Fable, but Gears of War 3 and the console itself would not be sent out. I am getting a $50 coupon to use in the Microsoft store but a bit redundant without an xbox. Code is likely to be individual. Great I can use it for anything in store though.

Edit: Posted incase others bought the same and only receive part of their order and this might explain why. $50 was given to me without asking.

      Physical games. I told him I had a shipping number and he confirmed they had still sent me Fable for free.

    I didn't want to start a new thread so posting here. I am a student so you imagine whilst studying and looking for part-time work funds are tight. I had my Xbox order cancelled on me and I was informed I would not be charged. Yesterday I had the money taken out of my account and the xbox was shipped. I had not set aside money for this as I was informed it had been cancelled. Additionally if I wanted to keep it one of the games has not been sent either. I emailed the staff member who had phoned me informing me about the cancellation initially. He said the last authorised payment was Boxing day and he would contact accounts if I provide a screenshot of the transaction. I have since received an email from Xbox saying they have shipped it so cannot cancel the order at my request. I was not the one who cancelled it initially. As a result my account might overdraft and I have to cancel social events as I have no money to go now.

    My initial post here was to let people know incase they had their order cancelled and I was a little annoyed at missing the great deal, However the representative was friendly and the $50 voucher was great. I would have happily forfieted the game and $50 to not have to deal with this. $50 voucher doesn't pay my bills.

    Please be careful if this has happened to you and consider contacting microsoft. Should I contact my bank regarding this?
