    How do these compare to the Global Ikasu set?? Prefer the look of the global but they're almost double the price and I only cook a couple of times a week

    My 15y.o. Mundial cooks knife has never held its edge well, and needs sharpening often. Now even the sharpening steel is blunt, except for right at the hilt.

    Both suggest inferior quality steel.

    Next time I'll buy a different brand.
