Hey, so i have a 2007 Holden Ve SV6 and i just bought some new DRL black headlights and was wondering do i have to disconnect the battery to install the whole headlight or can i just simply plug it in?

When you are doing any electrical work in your car, always disconnect the battery. Search google for a guide on how to safely disconnect and reconnect a car battery.
It seems i left it in, during the installation and everything still works fine, thanks though
you wouod have better luck asking the question on a commodore forum or just google.
