Just wondering if anyone knew what was happening with Flingshot. I placed an order 10 days ago and it still has not been sent. They were usually really good as I have ordered from them before.
I have sent them several emails asking what is going on, and unlike normal, they have not responded.
They don't appear to have a live chat service

I've used them several times with sterling results, so I am disappointed to hear another case of poor service.
Someone in that thread also suggested that somebody key to the smooth running of the operation (maybe the great rep we've seen on OzB?) had been lost to an accident.
If true, others may be finding life to be heavy going at present.
They have been quiet recently, my last order was on the 20/12/13 (safely received 28/12/13).
ok I just tried to call their phone number (02) 9700 1887 and it is disconnected. Sounds to me like they really don't exist any more
Just an update, PayPal were unable to retrieve funds from flingshot but have covered the refund amount themselves.

I would put my money on them being the same people also. Although a new ACN and a different domain registrant name. But same hosting company ;)
I had an experience with them last year where something was out of stock and I didnt get told, I did PM the rep here and he got back to me quickly. Try that, although I think he may be out of the country as our last conversation mentioned a USA trip to source stuff in January. Try their live chat service on their website maybe?
