Refund Issue BigW (PayPal)

Hi. I made a purchase then never arrived. And BigW gladly issued a refund for me on Thursday. I received emails from Paypal/BigW stating that full amount has been refunded to me. However, when I check my bank account and paypal, nothing shows up. Normally how long does it take for a full refund to be processed? Is that normal. It hass been 2 business days. Thanks

    2-3 Days if the payment was sourced from your bank account through paypal. Instant if it was with paypal funds.

    I have made purchases from Big W online using PayPal in the past, and have been refunded cash in store.

    Mine took 5 days through the account - it was through credit card, not paypal. BigW customer support are quite responsive - try using livechat

    Yep, five days has been the norm for me for a Paypal refund to card. Slower than that on a couple of occasions.
    Two or three days faster than that for a linked bank account sound about right.
