    Hi Kirt,

    Just read fine print "*Offer is linked to your membership account and is valid until 23:59 on 12.02.14 AEDST.".

    It looks like you need a nespresso account for the coupon to work. Do you have one?
    Also, did you add a Pure origins assortment to your order?

    It wouldn't accept the code for me, but If I added the Kazaar & Dharkan 5 Sleeve Assortment it made the whole order free shipping automatically.

  It didn't work for me either.

  Now I'm wondering why Nespresso activated a code on YOUR account and not mine! I'm a good customer and I'm on their mailing list and Facebook and Twitter! What the hell more do they want?!

  I couldn't use it either, it said I was eligible but hadn't met all conditions (which I couldn't find).

  I'm wondering, was there a min 200 capsules or something?

  I tried the code and came up with some comment that I wasn't eligible for this offer. So I thought I'd try going ahead with the order despite the code not working. Then on the next page it gave me free shipping automatically.
  So maybe try no code and see…
