M50's are noise isolating only. Or am I missing something?

Earlier today I bought the noice cancelling earphones ANC33is which have very good reviews. Store DJ has them for $79 incl delivery. That is the best local price I could find even excl delivery. I also got another $10 off using the recent eBay/Paypal for purchases above $25 (coupon CSUPERJAN) by buying from the StoreDJ eBay store. Note that offer was available only to selected accounts, so check your email from eBay to see if that offer is available to you.

I'm also in the market for a pair but I need them today to keep my Dad entertained (& therefore out of trouble) on a flight later this afternoon. Definitely would recommend the Audio Technica M50
I personally use those headphones and for $160 at Store DJ, it's a legit bargain.
Pay abit more for that premium sound & build with noise cancelling ability as well.
