Did you forget to mention that you will also get a $25 discount off your bill if you are a Dodo customer yourself?
Did you forget to read 'Referrer' next to my name? Who doesn't know referrers also receive a credit?
I am pretty sure that MANY people would not know this…..that is an assumption you may make, but why not put this information into your original post? Hey, I get $25 too for each referral I make, so come on people…..
You DO realise you may be losing a friend if you referred them to Dodo? We've been with them for over 10 years and have had almost no problems with them. On our suggestion my daughter in Brisbane signed up with them and had no end of problems, with dropouts at least once a day, with outages of up to 24 hours or so not being uncommon.
Obviously your daughters trouble is not with dodo but with the quality of her own phoneline and the equipment at her local exchange. You say yourself you've been with them for 10 years and have had almost no problems…

I am also with them (much less time) and have had no problems. Who cares what some troll has posted about them on the net.
Because the problem my daughter had was not isolated. Time to take a chill pill, perhaps.

Dodo is fine while it works fine, but their customer service simply doesn't exist.
I did report it however the mod chose not to delete it.
