    Highly unlikely due to the fact that jetstar currently does MEL - SIN, many would price match, and with jetstar getting the new 787s scoot will soon be at a huge disadvantage when it comes to fuel consumption.

      But Jetstar's MEL-SIN route is delayed or cancelled almost every single day. More than enough reason for people to prefer Scoot if it was offered.
