Staying at the Amora hotel which is near Wynyard station. Their overnight parking is $42. Wondering if anyone knows any where cheaper that is relatively close.

Couldn't you just park on the street?
There isn't that much street parking in the immediate area but maybe if you ventured down to Sussex St, from memory there was a lot of spots around KPMG/American Express.
On another note, what day of the week are you in Sydney? Weekend is a different (and easier) story than weekdays to get overnight parking/all weekend parking.
Look at the websites of Secure Parking and Wilson Parking. Some car parks have overnight deals as there is a glut of parking spaces after hours.
