Best place to buy CHEAP Nike, Asics, Saucony, etc. shoes? Genuine that is. :)

Hey OzBargainers, just need a new pair of shoes and wondering if you folk could recommend me a good website and or shop(In NSW). Your help will be appreciated.

No sure in NSW…but in here in Melbourne, we go to South Wharf DFO (factory outlets). Nike, Addidis, Puma, Asics shops all under one roof. My teenage kids recently bought some runners from Asics, less than the half original price, about $70 each pair.

    • +1 for the Asics outlet. Really good prices. Size and colour schemes are limited, but the price is great.

There's the factory outlet at Auburn… i bought a pair of runners from there for $100… not too cheap =/

They only have older stocks though, e.g. if you are looking for the zoom structure 17, they won't have it.

    • It's Alright when you go at the right time as most of the stock is not in my size and have defects.

      • Yeah they seem to run out of size quite quickly… though i was lucky.

Not too sure regarding the defects though…

http://www.eastbay.com/ is cheap if you order 3+ pairs at once to compensate for shipping. I got 3 pairs of running shoes (2x NB, 1x Saucony) for ~$160aud delivered last time I ordered.

There are always 20% off coupons floating around on the net too.

Not to mention the extremely fast shipping

http://www.shoebuy.com/ I use this store (no import duty on runners) and have ordered about 6 pairs over the last 3 years. Good value for money and genuine. I previously purchased and got fitted (size and sole support structure) by a well known sports athlete shoes store. The next year I found this site and the Brooks I ordered where about half price compared to the well known sports store. Hope this helps.

    • Mmmm, tried with a Saucony shoe but that don't ship to Australia. Was getting all excited as well…

  • I buy from shoebuy as well good value

    • What shoes have you bought from there and how much? Thanks

  • Last ones I brought were Men's Brooks Adrenaline GTS for AU$87 and shipping was AU$30. If you sign up they do sometimes have discounts/ free shipping. Best I got local for the GTS13 was $150 at catch of the day
