Whats the better setup (Modem & Router)

Hey Guys
I am currently running the following -

Belkin F9J1002AU N300 Wireless N Modem Router -

I am thinking of going this setup -

Telstra TG587n V3 (Wifi Disabled)
DIR-865L WIRELESS AC1750 DUAL BAND GIGABIT CLOUD ROUTER

Before I do anything, what one is the better setup and by how much?
