Has anoyne used Lumo energey before? Did a search on google and found several complaints about them, but then again people mostly post about complaints and not about how good a service is so was wondering has anyone had any good experiences with Lumo energy.
They're pretty difficult to deal with in my experience.
Difficulty arranging energy concession with health care cards.
Difficulty arranging the final meter read.
Bills come a month and a half after each quarter.

I've been with them for a year. No issues at all so far.
We moved into a new place last week, and my boyfriend didn't call them to change over until the day we were moving in (I don't like to nag, but sometimes I probably need to), but it was fine and all connected by the time we got there at 5pm.
Very pleasant staff too, apparently :)
I switched to Lumo recently for my gas - I compared all companies on my current usage and they turned out to be the best. Their service so far has been OK and I did get a discount card from them - I can use that to get 5% off various gift vouchers. So far so good.
