Where To Buy Bulk Chocolate Bars

Hey Guys

I have started a chocolate shop at work where people buy chocolate to fund an end of year christmas party and I'm after some advice on where to buy the chocolate from.

I got 3 boxes from groceryrun.com.au and i sold them superfast, but when i went to reorder this week i'm finding they have no good deals on at the moment. Ideally id like to buy the chocolate for 70-80 cents to resell at $1.50

Any advice would be appreciated

I too would like to know how to turn around a 100% profit with very little effort, even better would be if someone could buy the items on my behalf and just give me the cash, please PM me for bank details.

You don't mention where you are located - but you need to find somewhere like the Confectionary Warehouse (Brisbane). Otherwise, grab them from Woolies/Coles when they're on special at 79c!

    • Sorry, Toowoomba Qld
Yeah woolies seems a goer when they are on special

    • Or switch to mini/"fun" size ones - then people can mix and match 3 for $x - that's what my old work did. Think they just kept the profits themselvs. Bstrds!

  • If you can swing membership at Campbells Cash n Carry you can get good deals - see http://campbellswholesale.dynamiccatalogue.com.au/catalogue/… for their current catalogue as an example.

    • Those prices look great but the one in Toowoomba shut down :(

Or the Cadbury fundraiser chocolates? http://www.fundraising.com.au/Fundraising-Products

  • We do this for our social club. As suggested campbells is really good otherwise we look out for specials at coles, woolies, kmart, big w, foodland etc. We just check the catalogues every week.

    • thanks mate will have a look at these

  • Can anyone order the Cadbury fundraiser chocolates?

    • Yes.

  • If you do the mini size - this seller on eBay is very good & fast postage.

    • cheers

  • Give the Cadbury consumer advisory line a call (1800 250 260, 8;30am - 6pm Mon-Friday Eastern time) and ask for the bulk customer service number. It should be cheaper than buying fund raising boxes. Hope it helps. :)

    • Yeah the boxes seem like they are targeted for schools, but ill investigate both

  • Shiploads in Tasmania had boxes of about 50 for $17 or thereabouts when we were there. Probably a bit far for you to go though. lol

  • Any stores in sydney?
