Unsure if this is available at other Optus stores however Optus Epping (VIC) has official Samsung Galaxy S4 Flip covers in either White or Yellow for $10.

Optus Knox aren't doing this however they told me that they will do any colour for $20 if you ask. They had all colours except black.
keep in mind this isn't the cover with the little window that lets you see notifications etc, but is a great price none-the-less
I got a pink one today, from one of those $2 type shops, nearby, for $4.95 :)
unlikely to be all optus stores as they're franchises
