What are their prices like to start with though? If they are supposed RRP, then even at 50 % off there would be cheaper around in the luggage shops. If the prices are comparable to the luggage shops already though, then this would be a good chance to get some decent luggage.
Everywhere I look bases their selling price off the rrp and give a % off that price. Usually 40% off.

Agreed. Max disc I've seen for Samsonite if buy individually was 40%.
Max discount you get online and what not is 40% off so this is a bloody good deal if you need to get 2 suitcases. Not sure what range it applies but will head down to the shops for a look.
Myer sometimes do 50% off but ive only seen it as a one day special during stocktake or other sales.
Have never seen that to be honest.

The general discount for most of the luggage ranges is 40%, during stock take sales, etc, the next point would probably between easter, or end of financial year. A decent deal I guess, since it's essentially 50% off.
just went and it is a limited stock range - mostly older stock.

Does not apply to Samsonite M-Lite or B-Lite ranges. Wasted trip there today :-(

Um, i bought 2 Samsonite M-Lite today. The buy 1 get one free worked like a charm for me. This was at Myers Liverpool Westfields.
every Myer is different…I saw some with wording for particular model only, where no other models are allowed. While some saying "for a range of" will allow for models.
Try going to a diff store or call Myers of another store nearby and ask to speak to the luggage department then ask if the promotions for that store covers M-lite and B-lite.
Not sure what these guys are like and if their stuff is legit but prices seemed pretty good! "Contact us" details in Victoria.

In my experience, 50% is very rare.
I remembered waiting for such a sale.Then i saw sirico had samsonite heldhelds for $110.
Stupid me, thought america would give me better prices, so i waited.
Even though america often has 50% off, calculate in the tax and exchange, better off getting it at myer with 40-50% off. Or for funky colours and something out of the norm, try sirico
"On a range of" usually means old stock. Enjoy your Ultralite 7's and Skywheelers.
