Generic ebay pannier bags are not much cheaper and fall apart with their weak one piece design.

I don't recommend these bags, as they don't have much stiffness to prevent them flapping into the wheels when braking.

I wouldn't buy these at all. Unfortunately I did. I have these with a Tioga rack as well and the back end flap over and hit the spokes (especially when climbing). And yes, when they are full too.
