  • What's the usual prices, I don't see any markdowns on these stands? $99 for the deluxe stand doesn't seem like a particularly remarkable deal.

    • Hi Mitchins, thank for your comments.

The $39.95 monitor stand is normally $49.95 from us and about $60+ from other sources.

The Warcom $99 Dual Stand, is normally $119 from us, and around $129 to $149+ from other sources, such as eBay etc.

      • The monitor stands are great. I got the same ones from Jaycar over 2 years ago.

Very good build quality. A bit stiff when you try to move the arms. However, you cant complain with the price.

        • Great feedback.

          Thanks!

We've been selling truck loads of them.

  • Add $13.95 for delivery, for the dual monitor mount.

  • Am keen for 2 cables, but it seems to charge shipping when I add the second cable…is it only 1 cable per order?

    • +2

I'll fix that up for you kirt.

Give it a few minutes and try again.

Cheers mate - working now…is it pushing the friendship to enable it for 3 cables per order (workmate keen for one now too)?

        • +2

Yah, we need to feed ourselves, lol.

ERM order 2 and then 1 or get him to order his own given free shipping…

  • In general, how do desk mounts attach to monitors? Are only certain monitors compatible with desk mounts? My monitors seem to be completely flat and featureless on the back, will desk mounts still accommodate for this?

    • It's called VESA, and yeah, your monitors do have to be compatible with it.

      • My monitors seem not to be VESA compliant, what work-arounds should I investigate, if any?

        • Make sure, I don't think I have seen an lcd that is not VESA compliant, it just means that on the back you have 4 screw holes that are spaced a certain way (in a squared) so that it will fit with VESA/Universal stands. You many need to ditch a backkplate that has a cable cover.

        • my sammie or asus doesn't have them… spewing now as when I bought the second I would have liked a VESA mount…

        • I have a Samsung SyncMaster S24B350. You can see what the back of it looks like here http://www.samsung.com/sg/consumer/pc-peripherals-printer/mo… just select the back view and double click on the picture to bring up a large high res version (EDIT: direct link here http://images.samsung.com/is/image/samsung/sg_LS24B350HS-XS_004_Back?$Download-Source$ ). Doesn't look like I can mount it right? And it says "Do not remove cover" :( . Any alternative solutions?

        • +1

yeah that's the exact same one I have - the Asus must have the vesa
unless you fabricate something that either sits in the existing stand, or something the grabs it like a phone holder does - then.. yeah you're SH…..T outa luck…

was thinking about giving my Sammie to my dad and buying two more with VESA mounts.

  • Looks like the one I'm using now. Two 16:10 24" monitors. Great stand.

    • Thanks aar :)

How do you find them? Good quality?

  • thinking of getting one to make a mount for 2 cdj's

    • A lot of guys do just that with the stands.

  • Sorry I don't get the deal with the monitor stand. You can still walk into Jaycar and pick it up for $49,95
    http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=CW2831

What is the max size monitors that you can use on these? I have two 24" will they fit?

  • will it take 2 x 27 inch?
    or is 24 inch max?

  • Do they come with the screws to attach the monitor?

  • +1

I'm being asked for a second set of postage costs after paying for a combined dual monitor arm order… sigh kinda defeats the offer…

    • Ditto, Warcom didn't make this clear it was per item and only charged $14,95 on checkout. Posting two is unlikely to cost twice as much, not impressed.

      • I might cancel my order then, I'll go see if Jaycar are willing to work a little on matching their price, I've seen Jaycar discount it to $50 before so around $55 might be possible since it'll cost that much anyway here.

  • What is the maximum desktop thickness the Warcom Dual LCD Monitor Desk Arm Mount can accommodate for?
