it's a bit hard to make them price match when the conditions for the special price are written right there in a bubble
The last time Toy R Us had this promotion on (with the same conditions), I simply took their catalog to my local Kmart and they gladly matched the prices without requiring a minimum purchase or limiting the number of boxes that could be purchased (within reason).
