Recommend a PCI-E GFX card for budget ITX HTPC build

Hi guys/gals,

I'm looking for an entry-mid range GFX card (preferably ATI) for a budget HTPC build that will fit into 'Aywun A1-1001' ITX case that has 250W PSU. Needs to only take up the space of 1 card slot so cards with huge fans that take up an extra slot are out of the question.

Need one that runs purely off the 75W the PCI-E provides natively off the mobo w/o extra power via molex—>6pin, but also has decent perf enough for running games at least 2yrs old on mid-high at low res (<1680). Ones I have my eye on are HD6670, HD7750. HD7790 would also work if I add molex power. Don't need current gen. Something from last gen w/ good perf/cost ratio. Budget is upto ~$120 max.

All the other components I'm getting are fairly low power so the GFX will use the bulk of the watts under load so no worries on overloading the PSU. Calculated total power draw of entire system will be less than 180W.

NB: Components- LGA1050 G1820, 1x SSD, 4GB DDR3, no ODD.

Suggestions appreciated.

Thanks & cheers!

    Measured power consumption R7750

    System in IDLE = 155W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 188W
    Difference (GPU load) = 33W
    Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 43 Watts

    Measured power consumption R7770

    System in IDLE = 155W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 231W
    Difference (GPU load) = 76W
    Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 86 Watts

So there you have it, the 7750 and 7770 will meet your needs. I believe the 7770 however is an end of life product and is no longer available from MSY — it's been replaced by the AMD R7250 which is sadly, more expensive than the 7770 it replaced and is slower to boot.
