I'm looking at booking a quick trip for me and my gf. I'm most interested if there might be any good bargain airfares to the major cities. We're thinking Thailand, so Phuket, Bangkok, etc…but would certainly consider other countries if the price is right.
Not looking for advice on where to go, but more where I might look to try to find the best bargains on short notice.

I'm in Melb…most of what I've looked at looks around 700 - 800 roundtrip to a handful of SE cities. Still trying to see if i can find a sweeter deal
Shame you live in Melbourne but it would have been too late for the Scoot Valentine's Day special anyway. Melbourne seems to get every other budget airline/route before Sydney though :)
