I don't know about Prada specifically, but I bought some Burberry and Louis Vuitton in Malaysia in December, and it all worked out to be roughly the same price as in Aus. It seems luxury brands are starting to have more consistent global pricing models.
Duty free in Aus may actually be your best bet, or if it isn't it probably won't be far off the Malaysian price.
