I guess it is misleading, but the pictures are usually for illustration purposes, as long as you get the item described

Hey rl99 - have a read of this here it will help solve your problem. I too had a similar issue with GR - owned by COTD.

EDIT: check back at that deal users have reported receiving refunds due to COTD mistake. Example at this Comment here

I bought a radio flyer tricycle from them. Description said it had the push handle. Title didn't and the photos didn't. I sent them a query they gave me $25 credit.
