Philips SHL3300 DJ Headphones, Target $29

190

Was looking for a cheap pair of headphones and found these at Target, most other places are selling them for around $89. I was able to able to get a price match at the good guys ( http://imgur.com/UTfpZtv ) so you may like to try them now that these are sold out at target.

  • It's great, except for Target's fail at typing out:

    Philips GJ Headphones SHL3300

    Nice one Target, spot on.

  • Good find OP. Getting nice reviews too.

Great find OP. Philips are my fave headphone maker. You can always find good prices and the sound spectrum is almost always better than headphones 3x the price.

  • Ugh someone must have a free shipping coupon?

  • My local target didn't have any in stock and I had no problem getting a price match at my local "the good guys" store.

    • Can you upload receipt so we can try our local good guys/dse?

      • I will but it won't be until about 8.

        • Thanks. Btw which store did you go to?

        • thanks mate. will try my luck again today.

        • Got one today from the good guys for $39 since the sales rep said he would be in trouble for selling these for $29.

  • Apparently they've been on sale at Target since the start of the year but this is the lowest price so far.

If you can find them then that is a tremendous price for these. RRP is around $90, I picked some at a DSE sale for $60 last year.

Great sound quality, and an almost too solid build (they're very heavy and given that they sit on your ears due to being supra-aural, they do get uncomfortable during extended listening).
I'm a big fan of the entire SHL & SHP range from Philips, I've got the SHP 2000, 2500, and 3000 but these are by far and away the pinnacle of Philips's entry-level headphone range.

More in-depth reviews here and here.
