F.E.A.R. 2 Project Origin - AUD$31.80 + postage for Xbox 360 - released in February 2009, scoring avg 77% on gamerankings and fetching around $50-60 incl post on ebay, ~$85 at retail.
This is the Asian version, but is entirely in English and compatible with all XBox360s. It’s a good game (77% avg on gamerankings.com - http://www.gamerankings.com/xbox360/932146-fear-2-project-or…); Shipping is only afew bucks more. Price is USD$24.90, which works out to about AUD$31.80 with the exchange rate currently, and postage is extra depending where in Oz you’re posting to.
It’s a decent game in it’s own right, or I guess you could sell/trade/etc depending on tradebait rules and where you go (if they accept 'foreign' games even though it's entirely in english).

More specifically, Korean version with Korean characters on the cover so don't expect a trade in. Shipping is around another $5 on top. If you are ok with that then knock yourself out. UK version can be had for a bit more at $40 including the shipping.
