  Probably, most brand name ones read Cinavia since it is requried on any players manufactured after 2012.
  
  Some small brand names or no brand name ones don't implement it possibly because it uses old outdated hardware or it isn't highly enforced in China.

network DLNA (for video) is also pretty handy….or a Plex client (like my tv) to take the processing off the device and back onto the PC - to ensure it can pretty much play anything under the sun.
