I am toying with the idea of getting something done about the bags under my eyes. I'm sick of constantly being told I look tired and getting depressed when looking in the mirror.
I'm interested to know if anyone has undergone this type of surgery and also recommendations for places in Melbourne where I can get this done.
Yeah I agree, I have just made a GP appointment for next week so will ask then.

To many horror stories about cheap surgery oversees and given its my face I would feel more comfortable doing it here in Aus (that's not to say that I haven't heard horror stories about surgery in Aus either). I also think that because of the type of procedure I am after, that there would be little benefit financially once you factor in travel accommodation and surgery in another country.
You are better off finding out what is causing the tiredness and dark bags under your eyes than trying to cover these problems up with plastic surgery.

One of these men had an eye procedure (among other procedures). Might give you some insight into his experiences as a patient.
I am interested in the same thing, and I live in Brisbane.
Maybe we need to ask our GP seeing that no one has responded??
