  well you have to join club jetstar to get access to this exclusive sale, which happens 4 times a year apparently.
  it was $39 to join and ongoing $39 annual membership fee. Although this time the first year membership fee was waived.

  The fares on offer were disappointing. Ok sure some were cheap, ie Melbourne to Hobart, for $9 but not on Fridays Saturday Sunday, in fact many of them were not available on these days.

  I guess ill wait for the next one and see what if any good fares come up but yeh, dissapointed really.

  Any other Club Jet* members out there feel for the same? or am i just old and miserable ?

    I feel exactly the same…very disappointed with the last sale.
    only one decent deal from Sydney - GC $9, but was sold out extremely quickly.
    The rest were $49 one way fares, which is pretty much the same as their "Friday Frenzy" deals.

    Hopefully there'll be better sales in future. (and at least they offered that free $30 voucher on sign up!)

  I got some cheap Mel to TAS flights and coupled with the voucher they gave for signing up was worthwhile. Won't be renewing for next year though.

  For $39 you are expecting what? Gold plated access to business class lounges?

  We arent talking about massive amounts of money here. With nett cost of $9 after $30 voucher.

  $9 fares to Hobart available on limited days. Now if they were on the popular days of course they will be more.

  Sounds like a big time low cost whinge!!
