Interesting.. never knew about 9506. It's got a Snap 800 processor. Anything else new?

They should have released it a while ago. It's too close to S5 launch now.

This is tempting since I need a new phone, but I can't justify spending $500 :( I've been an Ozbargain'er too long, I know the price will come down once the S5 comes out.

Problem with these models, despite being better spec-ed than their counterparts, is that they are less popular. Thus the official ROM and dev community support is markedly slower and smaller.
