Found a cheap samsumg branded bluetooth keyboard at Bing Lee for $19, it's the cheapest one I can find outside of generic ipad ones on ebay ($15~).

I want to use it for my Dell Venue Pro 8 (tablet pc), Problem is, this keyboard is specifically designed for Android OS and doesn't seem to have Alt button, ESC button or the F1 to F12 keys.
If anyone own something similar could let me know if it will work on Windows?
Also anyone know if it's possible to re-program those keys so that it will function as windows keys?\
