I have looked everywhere I cannot find a suitable place to buy refurbished or reconditioned products within Australia. I would prefer online but anything will do! over in the US Amazon offers a majority of the products at great prices but the voltage is a issue :( any ideas would be great!

Some brands have ebay stores for this. Panasonic, for example.
Also, ASUS and Dell have reconditioned product sales direct.

They have lots of refurbished products too. They frequently auction refurbished Acer laptops, tablets, Kenwood car accessories etc. You may find a good deal.
